1.極片具備多級有效糾偏系統，CCD結合糾偏機構，實現糾偏閉環；

3.具備多極耳卷繞防翻折和打折檢測功能；
4.具有檢測正、負極片已作不良標記的來料功能，對不良極片單獨卷繞，自動剔除；
5.具有刷粉、除塵功能，裁斷極片切刀處加有真空吸塵裝置。
